What a product is made of, and what it complies with, should exist once, maintained at its source and queried on demand. We are building the compliance data backbone for industrial supply chains.

Who we are

We are Angelika, Jonathan and Bjørn, and we met in Munich through TUM and UnternehmerTUM. We started Pareo after seeing how compliance data is gathered and answered by hand. Working with people across these departments, we found that the processes of answering customer requests and collecting data from suppliers are only symptoms of deeper problems underneath. We are committed to changing how this work gets done, in compliance and in the departments around it.

Where we are going: compliance operations run by agents across industrial supply chains, with people in charge of every decision, and compliance data that moves between companies as easily as money moves between banks.

What we believe

  • Agents do the operative work, people make the decisions

    Gathering, formatting and entering data is operational work for agents. People belong where judgement counts: oversight, expert decisions and the final sign-off.

  • Data is exchanged, not re-entered

    Compliance data should exist once, at its source, and travel between companies machine-readable, not by hand through a myriad of spreadsheets, PDFs and portals.

  • The system adapts to you

    It connects to the ERP, PLM and files you already run. You see at a glance what is known and what is still missing, and shape your own dashboards and views. The agents learn from every correction and from how your team works: a control tower that gets smarter with use.

  • Your data stays yours

    Product data is intellectual property. It belongs with the company that owns it: hosted in the EU or in your own cloud, and it trains no AI model, not ours and, by contract, not our providers'.
